A range of accessible features aim to make your visit to the Red Earth Arts Precinct safe, convenient and enjoyable.  

Wheelchair seating

Wheelchair seating is available and easily accessible with positions available on both levels in the theatre. There are six wheelchair seating locations in the lower auditorium and three in the upper auditorium. A lift serves the first floor. 

To book wheelchair seating please contact the Box Office on 9186 8600. Please check at the time of booking to find out what wheelchair seating is available as this may change with each production.  

Please also tell us if you need a person with a companion card to be seated with you. 

Companion card  

Companion Card holders will be allocated a ticket at no cost to their carer.  

Hearing assistance  

Assisted Listening Headsets are available from the Box Office in the theatre, helping amplify a movie’s audio and dialogue more clearly. Please note a limited number of headsets are available.  

Radio frequency hearing assistance system is also available in the theatre. Please inform the Box Office at the time of booking if you require this service. 

Collect your receiver from the Front of House Manager before the performance starts, and please ensure you return it to the Front of House Manager at the end of the performance.  

Accessible toilets 

Wheelchair accessible toilets are available on both levels.  

Baby change facilities are available in the accessible toilets on the ground floor. 

Please note that prams, pushers and baby capsules cannot be taken into the theatre. Please see an usher who will help you to safely store your items and retrieve them at the end of the performance. 

ACROD parking 

There are two parking bays allocated for ACROD permit holders at the front of the building. A drop off zone is also available.
